Message From Director

My name is Mohan Rajakaruna, and I am proud to be the Founder and managin director of Time and Tide Pvt. Ltd. My journey began at the young age of 19, when I was thrust into the business world, a challenge that would shape my future and ignite my passion for leadership. Managing employees from such a young age taught me the importance of resilience, adaptability, and the power of vision.

As I ventured abroad, I immersed myself in the hotel industry, gaining invaluable experience and mastering the art of management. My 20 years of work experience in Europe exposed me to diverse cultures, innovative business practices, and the highest standards of excellence. This journey wasn't just about building a career—it was about broadening my horizons and understanding the global landscape of business.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with talented professionals across various industries, each partnership contributing to my growth as a leader. My education in pharmaceuticals and human resources further enriched my understanding, allowing me to bridge the gap between business and the people who drive it.

Driven by a deep sense of purpose, I conducted research on educational visas, fueled by a vision that every child deserves access to high-quality higher education. My mission is to empower Sri Lankan students, guiding them to prestigious universities abroad where they can pursue their dreams and build successful careers in their chosen fields.
